View Printed Slips

Viewing printed slips within HARP

The View Printed Slips feature within HARP allows staff to see slips that have already been printed. If a slips is live in the Task Lists API return, staff will be able to reprint that slip. Printed slips within HARP can also be removed so that they appear as unprinted. Additionally, historical printed slips can be viewed for recordkeeping purposes.

Viewing unprinted request aging status within HARP

The Request Aging Status report allows staff to see how long unprinted slips have not been completed. Aging status labels are as follows:

• Okay: Request created within the last 24 hours
• Borderline: Request created over 24 hours ago and less than 72 hours ago
• Late: Request created over 72 hours ago

This report will show the aging status for all libraries configured for an institution. From this report page, staff can click on the individual colored bars to print only those requests within the selected status.

Alma Task Lists API Test

The Task Lists API Test allows staff to see XML data coming back from the Task Lists API for requested resources and lending requests. If more than one library has been configured for an institution, a library must be selected before seeing the XML data.

The BIBs API Test allows staff to see XML data coming back from the BIBs API by using an MMSID for lookup.
